Sale Disclaimer:

A7 Sports will not offer reductions or refunds on any products purchased that are subsequently reduced in price in a promotion.

Payment Methods:

Via any payment method, we cannot accept any returns or cancellations on any personalised items including Teamwear and Cricket Bats. This includes those cricket bats that have utilised the Knocking-In Service for example.

It is the customer’s responsibility to all import and customs charges for receipt of delivery of any orders to a destination country.

We do not store personal or financial information in the processes of payment, nor do we share this information with 3rd parties.

Discount/Coupon Code Disclaimer:

Discount/coupon codes must be applied at the checkout. If the code is not entered we cannot honour said discount in retrospect of an order being placed. It is the responsibility of the person purchasing the goods to ensure that any code is entered into the relevant field ahead of completing the transaction.

Only one discount/coupon code may be used per transaction.

Discount codes cannot be used during promotional events (Black Friday/Boxing Day/End of Season Sales) except the abandoned basket and welcome discount code.

Discount/coupon codes cannot be redeemed against Teamwear orders unless otherwise stated.

Teamwear Terms & Conditions:

Any discrepancies in goods received must be reported to our customer services within 7 days of receipt of the items.

All product images and logos are for illustrative purposes only and are not always indicative of the final product. 

No offers can be used in conjunction with another. If required we will ask for additional payment to make up any website error.

No teamwear items can be cancelled after purchase. This includes any item personalised with a club badge, including personalised helmets.

We reserve the right to substitute similar garments to the garment ordered if the original garment is out of stock. Images on any presentation or website are for illustrative purposes only and the actual garment may differ from the visual. This is to fulfil outstanding orders. This includes bespoke garments that have been made to order.

We allow up to a 1-inch discrepancy in all garments from the sizing charts provided.

No personalised items can be returned once the tags are removed or the garment worn, this is regardless of the garment’s quality or accuracy of size/decoration. Please ensure all garments are correct before use otherwise they are non-returnable or refundable.

Please allow a tolerance of one inch within garment dimensions and printing. This includes shoulder widths, and sleeve lengths, as well as sponsor location and printing.

A7 Sports reserves the right at any time to add or withdraw any products.

Knocking-in or Edging Tape was added to the Cricket Bat.

Any cricket bat which is chosen to be personalised by yourself, by selecting knocking in or edging tape fitted, cannot be cancelled from the order being placed. There are no exceptions to this as the bat is then unsaleable. Knocking In or edging tape personalisation takes 5-10 working days depending on the time of year and cannot be cancelled during this period.

Made-order products orders

Any made-to-order products, where the order is taken in advance of delivery, are non-refundable. A7 Sports is committed with our suppliers to these orders when placed and paid for. The products/balls are then manufactured to the order placed by the individual or Cricket Club.

International orders/Difference in price

When purchasing from overseas there may be occasions where an item(s) price is displayed differently at the checkout. Please note the final amount displayed at the checkout is the correct price for each item.

Acceptance of Order

Our contract with the customer is accepted upon dispatch of the goods from our premises and not at the point of sale on our website. This is to allow for items being out of stock or payment/website errors.

If orders need to be cancelled before being shipped the customer must email within 24 hours of the order being placed or we accept no liability for the order being shipped. We process hundreds of orders per day and administer hundreds of emails and the timings of customers sending emails to cancel can vary to dispatch time.

Refunds

Refund payment is given minus the processing fees, which are from the third-party payment fees gateway.

Due to the customised nature of the products, refunds or exchanges are not available on teamwear orders, or personalised helmets unless the products are defective. If you believe your products are defective you must contact A7 Sports Ltd immediately. Returns will not be accepted if products have been used, worn or washed. We will not accept returns or exchanges on any items where the tags have been removed or the packaging damaged.

We are unable to accept any cancellation or amendment requests or refunds on personalised helmets, cricket bats which require knocking in anti-scuff/edging tape or team wear once an order has been placed. No refunds will be given regardless of the payment method used in any cases involving the aforementioned products.

All initials will be printed as per your online order. This includes the use of capital or lowercase letters. Please take special care when ordering initials that they are correct before ordering.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all embellishments are placed in the same place on each garment it is a manual process and we work towards a 2-inch tolerance level with our printing. If you believe that your garment’s embellishments are outside of the 2-inch threshold please email info@a7sports.co.uk. 

Free Shipping does not apply to teamwear orders.

A7 Sports Ltd accepts no liability for any slogans, sponsors or content printed on any garment. This is the responsibility of the clubs and the purchaser who has the opportunity to see this before they purchase. A7 Sports Ltd in no way endorses or supports any printed badge that may be abusive to another customer, supports alcohol or tobacco companies or may cause offence to any race, gender or religion. This is solely the liability of the purchaser, A7 Sports Ltd merely decorates the garment as instructed.

Please note that when purchasing junior playing shirts and sweaters, we recommend that you choose one size bigger than you would normally. This is only a recommendation and as sizing is personal to each individual we advise that for full sizing details refer to our Teamwear Size Guide or email our team via info@a7sports.co.uk for further advice or information. Due to the bespoke nature of club playing wear and team wear, we cannot provide exchanges or refunds on these items. Please ensure you are happy with the size you are ordering as you cannot make changes to your order once it is placed.

Goods damaged/lost in transit

Should you receive an item that is damaged in transit or that you believe is lost then you must make us aware immediately via phone (0121 771 2504) or email to info@a7sports.co.uk.  Failure to do so may invalidate any claim for said item(s).

Delivery Policy

For any delivery address deemed to be a business, School, University hall, place of work, apartment/flats or property that may have a shared entrance we do not accept any liability for any package that may be signed for and accepted by another person within their premises. We strongly suggest deliveries are only sent to residential houses.

Knocking in Service

Please note If you select to have your bat knocked in by ourselves this could at busy times add approx. 3-5 working days for your order.

International Delivery Policy

Customs Duties are the buyer’s responsibility and A7 Sports is not liable for these or any costs associated with the return of any goods internationally including delivery, refunded payment costs, re-stocking costs or anything else. There may also be a restocking fee for items that are held in Customs for more than 14 days.

Collect in Store

This option can be chosen at checkout and collected from any of our retail stores. You must bring with you photographic identification to show the Store Manager (Passport or Driving Licence) before being handed the goods. If ID is not provided the goods cannot be handed over and A7 Sports will not be liable for any wasted transport costs.

Returns Policy

At A7 Sports we try our hardest to offer the best service possible, and understand that while ordering cricket equipment over the internet can sometimes be a little difficult to judge sizes and colours, we try to offer a returns policy that considers this.

As a result of this, we offer either an exchange (upon receipt of additional postage) or a refund of all goods purchased through A7 Sports (except cricket bats that have been knocked in or personalised with edging tape or a face fitted), providing they are returned to us in their original packaging and have not been used, within 14 days of delivery and that we have received written notification that a return is required.

We will always deduct our postage costs (including where an order has attracted free delivery) from any refunds relating to exchanges or refunds of none faulty and or unwanted items and are sorry but we cannot refund any postage or packaging costs and charges incurred by yourself on any such returns.  You may also incur additional charges for any items which are exchanged. 

Any refund relating to orders no longer required will be subject to a £5.99 deduction for our initial postage costs.

For any overseas orders that are damaged in transit and or use, you must cover the cost of return postage if requested to return said item(s) to us. Please note you may also incur additional shipping charges on any replacement/repaired item(s) however the decision to waive this charge is at our discretion.

Teamwear Items should not be washed with fabric conditioner, or softener and at a temperature of no more than 30 degrees to ensure no fading or damage to sponsor logos. If we deem this has been the case we shall not be liable for any kind of refund or exchange where sponsors peel from the shirt.

Items that are personalised or re-personalised by us for the customer cannot be guaranteed when the garments provided to us have already been worn or washed.

For postal items please ensure you complete and return the enclosed returns form with your item(s) and return them to us (recorded delivery is advisable as proof of postage).

Any goods shipped out of the UK are not covered by our standard returns terms and conditions, for further information on our overseas return terms and conditions please email info@a7sports.co.uk. 

Any items that are returned to us for us to ‘make good’ should be done so in mint condition, unworn, unspoiled, with no odours and with the original tags intact and still attached. Any items returned to us not in this condition will be returned to the customer in the state we receive them. In this case, we will not refund any postage costs and reserve the right to collect further postage costs to send the goods back out to the customer. No additional work or ‘making good’ will be carried out on any goods regardless of faults if the goods aren’t returned to us in the above-described condition.

Privacy Policy

We may e-mail existing customers from time to time with new products, deals, newsletters and competitions, however, you will always be allowed to unsubscribe from these emails.

Pricing Policy

A7 Sports reserves the right to adjust team wear and equipment prices at its discretion depending on suppliers’ fluctuating prices. This may be up or down at any stage throughout the year.

Remittance Terms

We accept payment by PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, and Visa Debit cards.

Gift Cards

  1. The Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
  2. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
  3. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. No change will be given but the balance may be applied to future purchases.
  5. The Gift Card will expire 12 months from the date of issue.
  6. Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except by your legal rights.
  7. Please protect this Gift Card and treat it as cash. A7 Sports cannot be held liable for Gift Cards which are lost, stolen or damaged.
  8. If any product purchased with a Gift Card is exchanged or refunded, any money owing will be given as a gift card.
  9. A7 Sports reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
  10. A7 Sports reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the card if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary (e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Card service, notify of the service’s withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control).

Special Orders:

Anything ordered for a customer especially must be paid for fully in advance and is not exchangeable for any other stock or a refund once the order has been placed with A7 Sports.

Promotions:

We reserve the right to withdraw or change any promotions run by A7 Sports without prior notice.

Faulty / Damaged goods:

Should you feel that you have received faulty goods then in the first instance please make contact with us either by phone at 0121 771 2504 or email info@a7sports.co.uk to advise us of the situation. Teamwear problems should email info@a7sports.co.uk within 7 days of receipt fully explaining any issues.

The majority of manufacturers will offer a warranty period of 6 months from the date of purchase of their products.  We reserve the right to seek the opinion of the manufacturer if it isn’t an A7 Sports manufactured item. Any decision on these matters is made at their discretion and is final.

Please note if we ask for a product(s) to be returned to us for inspection, repair or replacement then this cost must be covered by yourself.

Completion of the returns form does not guarantee qualification for return. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or everyday wear and tear such as water damage caused by bats being used in wet conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

When we have requested for an item to be returned please include the following:

  • A copy of your original receipt or
  • The order number.
  • The original packaging if possible.
  • Your delivery address, telephone number and email address.
  • A brief note outlining why the items are being returned.
