UK SHIPPING

Free Shipping on orders over £100.00 to the UK mainland*

Equipment orders over £100.00 qualify for free delivery, most orders will take between 3 to 5 working days these may vary due to stock levels but will inform you in advance.

UK Standard Shipping on Equipment is £4.99 (only available on stocked items), Delivery to Highlands and Islands is approx £15.99.

For Goods damaged / Lost in transit you will need to email us at the earliest info@a7sports.co.uk  failure to do so may void any claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The customer is liable for any customs/and/or import duty charges that may add to the import. For more information, please email us at info@a7sports.co.uk so we can provide accurate delivery costs.

RETURNS

All returns must be sent within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at info@a7sports.co.uk detailing the defect or damage to obtain a Returns form. After receiving a returns form, place the item securely in its original packaging after completing the form.

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and advise using a traceable method of delivery.

Refunds are not available on personalised orders unless the products are defective.

Returns will not be accepted if products have been used, worn or cleaned. We will not accept returns or exchanges on any items where the tags have been removed or the packaging damaged.

Any products that are deemed faulty or defective will require photographic evidence; manufacturers will offer a warranty on their products. We will need to review the fault with the manufacturer; the final decision will be made by the manufacturer and at their discretion.

REFUNDS

Refund payment is given minus the processing fees, which are from the third-party payment fees gateway.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
