History:
Readers traces its origins back to 1808 with the founding of Alfred Reader & Co in Kent, England, making it one of the oldest cricket equipment manufacturers in the world. The brand became widely recognised for producing high-quality leather cricket balls used by leagues across the UK, and in 2002, it was acquired by the Kookaburra Sport Group while continuing to operate as a respected cricket ball brand.
