To qualify for same-day dispatch, please ensure your order is placed by 10:00 AM, Monday through Saturday (excluding bank holidays). Orders received within this timeframe are typically processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM — whether on weekdays or weekends — will still be processed as promptly as possible. However, same-day dispatch cannot be guaranteed, and such orders will most likely be dispatched on the next working day.

We are committed to fulfilling your order quickly and efficiently. During peak periods, public holidays, or in the event of unexpected delays, dispatch times may vary. Please note: If you choose to have your cricket bat knocked in by our team, this will add approximately 4 – 6 additional working days to your order processing time. This is to ensure the bat is properly prepared and ready for use, maintaining the highest standards of performance and durability.

All deliveries are handled by reputable and secure courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. We partner with trusted providers such as Royal Mail and other established couriers, depending on your location and selected delivery option.

All shipments are fully tracked for your peace of mind. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or text message.

Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery at the designated address (home or work). Our courier partners will also contact you by text and email, offering flexible options such as:

  • Delivery to a neighbour of your choice.
  • Rescheduling for a different day.
  • Leaving the parcel in a safe location (upon your request).

If you choose to have your order left in a designated safe location (e.g., porch, doorstep, shed, or with a neighbour), please be aware that this is done at your own risk. If the parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged after being delivered to the requested location, we regret that we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

Standard shipping for equipment within the UK is £4.99, available only on in-stock items.

For deliveries to the Highlands, Islands, and remote areas, a shipping fee of approximately £15.99 applies.

Shipping costs will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery location.

Enjoy free standard delivery on all equipment orders over £50 to the UK mainland. No codes required – the discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Most qualifying orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, but we will notify you promptly if any delays occur.

Please note that all international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on the regulations of the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

A7 Sports is not responsible for any customs fees or delays caused by customs processing. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office for up-to-date information before placing your order.

Customers are fully responsible for any such charges applied to their shipment upon entry into the destination country.

Please note that orders containing personalised teamwear (including printing or embroidery) may require additional processing time. Our standard delivery timeframe for teamwear is 10–14 working days from the date of order confirmation.

If the item is in stock, it may be available for same-day collection. If it’s not currently available, we’ll notify you promptly and provide an estimated collection timeframe.

What If My Order Is Lost or Damaged?

At A7 Sports, we take great care to ensure every order is thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our shop. While we work with trusted couriers, we cannot guarantee the condition of your parcel once it is in transit.

If your parcel arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately by calling 0121 771 2504 or emailing sales@a7sports.co.uk. Failure to report the issue promptly may result in the invalidation of your claim and could affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Please inspect your parcel carefully upon receipt. We do not accept liability for parcels delivered to a business or workplace address that may be signed for by someone other than the recipient.

If you believe your parcel is missing, you must contact us within 28 working days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email. After this period, we are unable to process any claims related to lost shipments.

Incorrect or Unintended Items Received

If you have received item(s) in error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a collection or reimburse your return postage costs, up to the value of our standard collection fee.

When returning any incorrect item(s), please ensure you retain proof of postage, as this will be required to track the return and ensure timely processing of your refund or reimbursement.

Please note: If you are returning goods because they are no longer required (and the order was fulfilled correctly), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
